Our mission is to create a world where AI is developed and deployed responsibly, and where practitioners, organisations and the public are empowered with the knowledge they need to engage with it confidently.

AI Unity offers a range of services aimed at uniting the AI community and fostering responsible practice:
- AI Strategy and Readiness Assessments: We assess and consult with organisations to help them understand where they are on their AI journey, focusing on strategic alignment, capability maturity and governance readiness.
- Advocacy: We actively promote policies and societal changes that support the responsible development and use of AI, collaborating with legislative bodies, organisations and communities to foster greater acceptance and understanding.
- Communities and Meet Ups: Providing both virtual and in-person welcoming spaces, AI Unity facilitates connections among practitioners, business leaders and curious newcomers, allowing them to share experiences and learn from knowledgeable facilitators.
- AI in the Workplace Training: In partnership with our trusted partner network, we offer training programmes to empower leaders and teams within organisations, equipping them with tools to build an AI-literate culture and embed responsible practice.
- Campaigns: We raise awareness through various campaigns, including events, podcasts featuring key figures in the AI space, and awards showcasing best practice across the industry.
- Policy and Lobbying: We engage with government, regulators and industry bodies to establish frameworks ensuring AI is developed and deployed in ways that are safe, fair and accountable to the people it affects.
Knowledge Hub
Our Knowledge Hub aims to consolidate resources related to artificial intelligence, offering:
- Guides on various types of AI, such as generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing.
- UK and international regulatory resources on AI, including the EU AI Act and UK regulatory developments.
- Information on the AI adoption pathway, from first experiments to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Details on support services, communities and relevant professional bodies, including the AICSA.
- How-to guides and resources to support small and medium businesses exploring AI for the first time.
- Information on navigating the human side of AI, both for those working with it and those affected by it.
