Lisa Ventura MBE FCIIS is an award-winning cyber security, AI and neurodiversity specialist, published author, journalist and keynote speaker. She is the Chief Executive and Founder of AI Unity, which exists as a non-profit division of Unity Group Solutions dedicated to uniting the AI industry for the greater good of humanity.

A proud neurodivergent leader , Lisa founded AI Unity to create practical solutions for delivering services including AI readiness audits, workplace training, policy advocacy, and a Knowledge Hub covering all things AI related, and more. Through AI Unity, she works to bring individuals in AI together to build a society where AI is fully embraced, not feared.

Moira Robertson
Programmes and Services Consultant

Moira Robertson brings a wealth of experience in governance, AI management systems and operational excellence to her work with AI Unity to build it as a dedicated space to unite the world of artificial intelligence, identify meaningful solutions and drive the changes needed to ensure AI is developed and deployed responsibly.

An award-winning community volunteer and passionate advocate for ethical and human-centred AI, Moira brings both professional rigour and genuine personal commitment to the AI Unity mission. She is currently completing training in video, podcast and presenter skills, and will be working on launching a community-focused podcast with Lisa via AI Unity to bring responsible AI perspectives to a wider audience.
